The BC First Nations Energy and Mining Council invites leadership, housing managers, climate action coordinators, and partners in grid-connected communities to an information session with Tabitha Eneas of Siya & Sage Consulting.
Tabitha will share the project she is developing with Snpink’tn Nation (Penticton Indian Band), which is preparing roughly 256 homes for demand side management retrofits ahead of an application to the Partners in Indigenous Energy Efficiency and Resilience (PIEER) program.
Her approach places wellness, education, and capacity building at the center of retrofit planning, with the aim of producing a framework other Nations can adapt. The project is still in development, so this session covers the vision, the method, and early insight rather than finished results.
